Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WARRANTY & RETURN

At Cheeky Tees Co, we stand behind the quality of our cheeky, loud, and slightly inappropriate t-shirts. Because all our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology, we don’t hold physical inventory, so each item is crafted fresh just for you. This means returns and refunds work a bit differently here—please read carefully.

1. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your t-shirt arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ve got your back. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the defect or damage
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer you a replacement or a full refund. We may request the return of the faulty item, but shipping costs for returns will be covered by us.

2. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong design, size, or style, please notify us within 7 days with your order details and photos. We’ll sort it out promptly by sending the correct item or issuing a refund.

3. Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse

Since every t-shirt is custom printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or don’t like the design after purchase. Please double-check your order details before confirming.

4. Shipping Issues

If your order is lost or delayed in transit, contact us immediately. We will work with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue. If your package is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or refund.

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To start a refund or replacement process, email us at sales@cheekyteesco.com.au with your order number and details of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours during business days.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. We cannot refund to a different PayPal account or credit card than the one used for purchase.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns.

7. Warranty

As our products are custom printed, we do not offer a warranty beyond the above conditions. If you experience any issues not covered here, please contact us to discuss.
